Let me introduce myself

Hi, I’m Caroline Skirrow, Registered Nutritional Therapist, specialising in quick nutrition wins for the busy professional.

I am here to help you understand how your food choices, the way you eat, and your lifestyle impact your health and well-being.

A food lover with a French trained cook for a Mum I do not compromise taste for health, nor do I advocate extreme approaches to nutrition and diet… after all our state of mind sits in a triad with exercise and nutrition of factors with a key influence on our health so ‘no-fun’ environments are bad for our health. The key to it all is balance… and that is where I come in.

I offer one-to-one consultations advising clients with a wide range of nutritional needs from sporting performance and disease risk reduction, to diets for particular life stages or in support of specific health issues. I have a particular interest in gut health and its impact on our overall wellbeing.

I give nutrition talks and deliver a variety of corporate well-being activities such as educational seminars, weight-loss programmes and menu planning. I am a regular contact for the media and have recently been featured in The Daily Express, Men’s Health  and Runners’ World.

I am an experienced therapist with a First Class degree in Nutritional Therapy and a background that also includes a two-decade career in marketing and healthcare communications. Outside my work in nutrition I can be found experimenting in my kitchen and pottering in my garden. I am an avid skier, hiker and sailor and keep up my day-to-day fitness with jogging and pilates.
