We stand behind every product we make. Our mission is to fix your food — and if something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right.


Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding a return or replacement request.

Eligible Return Scenarios

Because Culinary CPR bottles are consumable food products, we evaluate each return request individually. We accept return and replacement requests under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective on Arrival — Product arrived visibly damaged, leaking, or otherwise unusable due to a manufacturing or shipping defect.
  • Wrong Item Sent — You received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong bottle variant or quantity).

We do not accept returns for general dissatisfaction, change of mind, or improper use of the product. If you’re unsure whether your situation qualifies, contact us and we’ll work with you.

First-Time Customer Goodwill Guarantee

Culinary CPR is a new kind of product, and we know there’s a learning curve. If it’s your first order and the product didn’t perform the way you expected — for any reason — reach out within 30 days and we’ll make it right. No hoops, no hassle.

Education is core to our mission. If the product didn’t work for you, we want to understand why — whether that’s a usage question, an application tip we can clarify, or simply a situation where we fell short. First-time customers who contact us within 30 days of delivery will receive either a replacement product or store credit at our discretion, regardless of the reason for dissatisfaction.

This goodwill guarantee applies to first orders only and is intended to ensure every new customer has a fair chance to experience Culinary CPR the way it’s meant to work.

Resolutions

Approved claims will be resolved with one of the following, at The Food Fixer’s discretion based on the nature of the issue:

  • Replacement Product — We’ll ship a replacement at no charge.
  • Store Credit — Issued to your account for use on a future order.

We do not offer cash refunds except where required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or Damaged Product: The Food Fixer covers return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label upon approval of your claim.
  • Wrong Item Sent: The Food Fixer covers return shipping and will reship the correct item at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or replacement request, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable (especially for damage claims).

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Claims submitted after the 30-day window will not be eligible for return or replacement.


This policy is subject to change. The most current version will always be available at thefoodfixer.com. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
