CAVU Partners, LLC d/b/a The Food Fixer

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using thefoodfixer.com (the “Site”) or placing an order with The Food Fixer. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
The Food Fixer is a brand of CAVU Partners, LLC, a veteran-owned limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. References to “The Food Fixer,” “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout these Terms refer to CAVU Partners, LLC d/b/a The Food Fixer.
2. Use of This Site
By using this Site, you represent that you are using it for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or other content.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms or uses the Site in a manner we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, intended use, and expected results. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are completely accurate, complete, or error-free.
Culinary CPR products are proprietary culinary enhancement formulations designed to restore, revive, and rescue the quality of delivered, leftover, or otherwise compromised food. They are applied to or combined with food to affect its characteristics and are not themselves a food, dietary supplement, or drug. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Results may vary based on food type, preparation, and application method.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, including after an order has been submitted or confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
6. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. The Food Fixer is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Satisfaction Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy before completing your purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to the The Food Fixer name, Culinary CPR branding, logos, product names (Rescue, Revive, Restore), text, images, and video — is the property of CAVU Partners, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on this Site grants you any license or right to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
The “They Want You To Stay” campaign name and associated content are also proprietary to CAVU Partners, LLC.
9. Third-Party Links and Content
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party products and services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products and content provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CAVU Partners, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, your purchase of products, or your reliance on any content provided through the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CAVU Partners, LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13. Digital Products and Subscriptions
The Food Fixer does not currently offer digital products or subscription services through this Site. If such offerings are introduced in the future, additional terms specific to those services will be provided at the time of purchase and will supplement these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
