We want your Culinary CPR order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.


PRE-ORDERS ARE BEING ACCEPTED.  SHIPS EARLY APRIL 2026

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii), U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. If it has a U.S. address, we’ll get it there. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Free Shipping for Veterans & Military — Bundled Culinary CPR Kits: All verified U.S. veterans, active duty service members, and military families who purchase a bundled Culinary CPR Kit qualify for free standard shipping — anywhere in the U.S., including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How to claim: We use ID.me to verify military and veteran status directly at checkout. Simply click the “Verify with ID.me” button during checkout, complete your verification in under a minute, and free shipping will be applied automatically to your bundled kit order. No codes, no emails, no hassle — just instant verification and you’re good to go.

ID.me accepts verification from active duty service members, veterans, reservists, National Guard members, military spouses, and dependents across all branches — Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, and more.

This benefit applies to bundled Culinary CPR Kit orders only. It’s a small gesture from a fellow veteran — because you’ve more than earned it.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Method and Delivery Estimates

We currently offer one shipping method at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The Food Fixer is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, volume surges, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your delivery location and order size. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not mark up shipping costs — you pay what we pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use that number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@thefoodfixer.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly in accordance with our Return & Satisfaction Policy.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations near your address. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. The Food Fixer is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Food Fixer is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at contact@thefoodfixer.com — we will do our best to intercept the shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
